Not every breakdown requires a technician to be sent to visit you on-site. To support you with operating issues or to accurately identify problems and be able to fix them as quickly as possible, we have set up the BST eltromat Help Desk.

- Analyzing problems with or without remote access
- Fixing problems with or without remote access (as far as possible)

- Reconfiguring a system to operate at a restricted level in the event of a part failure (as far as possible)
- Identifying which replacement parts are needed in the event of a breakdown
- Directly dealing with the replacement parts and repair service to solve the problem quickly
